MPH Mutiara Minda “Membaca Sambil Beramal” Upacara Penyampaian Sumbangan

MPH recently embarked on a charity campaign – Membaca Sambil Beramal, loosely translated to mean reading for a good cause. On Tuesday, MPH presented the funds totalling RM40,500 to nine homes for underprivileged children, whereby each home received RM4,500.
Membaca Sambil Beramal saw MPH produced Mutiara Minda cards. Each of these cards were then sold for RM10 and entitled the card holder to enjoy discounts on all books including bestsellers from the Mutiara Minda section, a section that is dedicated to promoting the works of local authors in our national language. Due to the encouraging response, MPH is looking at making this an annual project. Other plan to further promote Bahasa Malaysia literature was unveiled later in the form of the Mutiara Minda Magazine by the 10th Malaysian National Laureate, Dato’ Dr. Anwar Ridhwan.
