On Monday, 1 Feb, Malay Mail did a review on two books. First up was The Men Who Stare At Goats by Jon Ronson. Ronson heard the US military were traning their men to acquire supernatural powers, among it killing goats by staring at them and decides to investigate. Whether this is a true story or not, it does sound like a good plot for a movie, which is said to be released this year and stars George Clooney.

Fans of Laguna Beach and The Hills would undoubtedly want to check out this next one. Sweet Little Lies is an account of what goes behind the scenes of “reality” shows and bears much resemblance to the life of Lauren Conrad, who have since left both series.

How are you? Having an awesome day so far? Or did you woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning and everything else just went downhill from there onwards? Perhaps you should pick up Michael Losier’s Law of Attraction: The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don’t.

As an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner, a business success coach and a Certified Facilitator Training Programme, Losier is a master on the subject that he advocates. He is so good at what he does, he has been branded the “How to” guy and has appeared on Oprah’s TV talk show not once, not twice but four times!

Here’s a preview of what you can expect out of Law of Attraction. You will learn how to attract your ideal mate, increase your wealth and abundance, bring more customers, clients and referrals into your business and discover your ideal job or true calling. Perhaps this will be the book to help you achieve your new year’s resolution:)

Losier currently resides in Victoria, British Columbia and his book is being translated to 28 languages.
