Here’s what took place from the official launch this afternoon by En Sulaiman Mohd Tahir, Executive Director of CIMB Bank and Mr Donald Kee, COO of MPH Bookstores.

Peter Usborne, founder of Usborne Publishing, a leading publisher on books for children was in Kuala Lumpur recently.

In conjunction with his visit and the upcoming school holidays in March, MPH Bookstores is officially launching The Magical World of Usborne Carnival on 13 March at MPH Megastore 1 Utama. Peter Usborne himself will make another appearance on 14 March to share his vast experience of running a major, independent, publishing company at the same venue.

The Magical World of Usborne Carnival will be a week long (from 13 Mar – 21 March 2010) of fun-filled activities held at MPH Megastore 1 Utama to further expose parents and children alike to the Usborne Reading Programme.
