Rules and Regulations:

1. This competition is open to all residents of Malaysia using Baucar Buku 1 Malaysia except employees of MPH Bookstores Sdn Bhd, or any of its subsidiaries under MPH, any person directly or indirectly involved in MPH or the running of the competition, or their direct family members. The contest is NOT applicable for MPHOnline purchases.

2. You agree that, by participating in this contest you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you release all rights to the photo, and your name, for general viewing and use by MPH Bookstores Sdn Bhd, including on all forms of media in print and digital.

3. To enter the Contest, take a picture of you with your voucher at MPH Bookstores. Next, ‘like’ MPH Click Facebook page at facebook.com/mphclick and post your photo with a caption and include the receipt number. Example: Shopping @ MPH is never more rewarding!/213487

4. The most creative entry will win a Samsung Galaxy SIII Mini. The next 10 most creative will win an Iriver Story HD and the next best 50 most creative will win MPH RM50 Book Voucher. On Bonus Weeks (which will be decided at random), an extra two HP/Canon printer will be offered as prizes. The most creative entry each week is automatically eligible to enter and compete for the Main Prize which will be determined at the end of the Contest.

5. Winners will be announced at the end of each subsequent week (every Friday) and will be asked to give their particulars either via email or DM. Winners will be given one week to do so; failure to respond will result in forfeiture of prize.

6. Prizes unclaimed after 30 days are deemed forfeited and MPH reserves the right to either offer the prize to the winner, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition.

7. Only photos that are uploaded directly to the MPH Click Facebook Timeline are eligible to win. Only photos taken by persons posting the material are eligible to win.

8. Limited to one (1) Entry per Facebook account.

9. MPH reserves the permanent non exclusive right to publish, reproduce, display, distribute, and show on screen any photograph on websites, photo exhibitions, tradeshows, or any other media which is under the management of MPH for the purpose of promoting the contest. In all cases where such photographs are used, MPH reserves the right to do so without obtaining further prior permission of the winner and without offering any further compensation in any form.

10. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, MPH reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or terminate the contest without compensation to any party.

11. By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of MPH and the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Contest.

12. MPH Bookstores Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify photos it deems lewd or indecent without notice or explanation. It is at the sole discretion of MPH Bookstores Sdn Bhd what it considers inappropriate and unsuited for general public viewing.

13. Entry may not contain, as determined by MPH any content that:

- is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;
promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;

- is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group;

- appears to duplicate any other submitted Entries;

- defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about Promotion Entities, Promotion Entities’ products, or other people, companies or products;

- contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, without permission (except MPH marks); contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses;

- contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission;

- contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission;

- contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead;

- communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which we wish to associate; and/or
violates any law.

14. Winners will be required to show proper indentification and original purchase receipt from MPH Bookstores at the time of receiving the prize. Purchase receipt MUST be dated from 1 Feb – 26 April 2013.

15. MPH may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or suspend or cancel the Contest at any time.

16. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives.

17. All judges’ decisions are final.

18. Contest starts from 1 February until 26 April 2013. Entries received before or after the given dates will automatically be disqualified.

19. A person is ineligible to enter in this Contest if they have won a prize for the same Contest 90 days prior to the day they enter this Contest.
