Change is often difficult because our mind is ruled by two different systems – the rational mind and the emotional mind – both competing for control. The rational mind wants a great beach body, the emotional mind wants the double cheeseburger that comes with fries and a large sugar-filled carbonate drink. This tension makes change seem impossible , but if it is overcome, change can come quickly.
